Turnaround All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm Carriers We use the following carriers to deliver our orders USPS UPS FedEx YRC ESTES FREIGHT Order Tracking The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you have a chance not to place your order if you decide not to. Due to the weights and size of some products found on this site, charges for delivery to residential address and the notification and need for lift gate service may be additional. West Michigan Glass Block will notify you via email or phone number given to us, the exact charges for shipping. At that time you reserve the right to not place your order if you decide not to.
BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of the order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
RETURN, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
How to Return an Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacture defect. Your order must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Merchandise that has been used, installed or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. West Michigan Glass Block will not pay for shipping costs to return an item to us.
RESTOCKING FEE
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
EXCHANGES
If your item is in new condition West Michigan West Block will allow you to exchange your item. You will not be responsible for any restocking fees, but you still will have to pay for all shipping costs to return and exchange your item.
DAMAGE FROM SHIPPER GOODS DAMAGED OR SHORTED IN TRANSIT
Product(s) damaged or shorted in transit (i.e. UPS, USPS, Motor Freight…); require the receiving customer to notify the Transport Company and West Michigan Glass Block immediately. Receiving agent must show "in writing" any package received damaged or short, and file claim within twenty four hours. Package should be left as was received in the event that a freight company representative is dispatched to inspect damage. After said inspection a claim number will be assigned, at which point West Michigan Glass Block will ship replacement good(s) if necessary.
